Work on work

At Turn-Over we help problem youth with a fixed team in their safe return to society. And when finding suitable work. We do this through physical training, education and cognitive and socio-emotional training. Passion and pleasure, discipline, camaraderie, integrity and respect, the principles of rugby sport, are central throughout the project.

During the project, participants will meet various employers who would like to offer our youngsters an opportunity.

Turn-Over in 3 phases

Phase 1 - Two days a week rugby training - setting up individual goals - mental counseling - job application training

Phase 2 - Work experience placement or trial placement - mental support - one day part rugby training

Phase 3 - The regular job - individual support
